About
About Zeph New Energy
Zeph New Energy is Bangladesh's new-generation electric mobility and clean power company. We help organisations move people and goods on electricity — supplying electric passenger cars, commercial vans, buses and trucks, and delivering the charging, battery systems, maintenance, financing and fleet technology that make the switch practical from day one.
Zeph is backed by Zeph New Energy Capital and is a member company of FreshWay Group, a diversified Bangladeshi group of approximately US$ 25 million in operations across agriculture, technology, sustainability, export–import and hardware. Our ambition is to be Bangladesh's leading EV importer and EV infrastructure builder within three years.

Technology & tools
Buying an electric vehicle is the easy part
Running one reliably is where most organisations need a partner. Zeph delivers the full stack around every vehicle — the software, the battery engineering, the economics and the infrastructure.
EV Fleet Management
Telematics, route and charging scheduling, and utilisation dashboards built by our in-house software team — so a fleet manager can see range, duty cycle and cost per kilometre on one screen.
- Live telematics & utilisation
- Route and charge scheduling
- Cost-per-km reporting
BMS & Battery Systems
Battery management and energy storage engineering: LiFePO4 packs, BESS and UPS systems, local pack assembly, and scheduled battery-health checks that protect the most expensive asset in an EV.
- LiFePO4 packs & local assembly
- BESS and UPS for industry
- Battery health monitoring
TCO & Savings Modelling
We model total cost of ownership before anyone commits capital — diesel against its electric equivalent, across your real routes and fuel spend. The same engine powers our public calculators.
- Fuel, maintenance & lifetime cost
- Payback and break-even analysis
- Reference data for BD models
Charging Infrastructure
Design and implementation end to end: site assessment, load planning, depot, workplace and public charging, and installation — with solar-integrated charging where rooftop or land capacity allows.
- Site assessment & load planning
- Depot, workplace & public charging
- Solar-integrated charging
Interoperability & Standards
We specify CCS2 on every vehicle we import and build OCPI-based roaming into charging networks, so chargers and vehicles work across operators instead of locking fleets into one island.
- CCS2 national plug standard
- OCPI charge-point roaming
- Charge-point management software
ESG & Emissions Reporting
Fuel saved, CO₂ avoided and fleet-level emissions data, prepared to a standard that stands up in sustainability reporting — supported by group-affiliated ESG assurance expertise.
- Audit-ready emissions data
- Scope 1 transport reporting
- Impact reporting for donors

How organisations buy
Electrification shouldn't wait for a capital budget cycle
Outright purchase
Own the vehicles. Zeph supplies, registers and supports them with warranty, parts and service.
Bank-financed purchase
Buy through our partner banks and financial institutions with EV-specific loan structures.
Operating lease / subscription
A fixed monthly payment covering the vehicle, maintenance and support, with an upgrade at term end.
Transport-as-a-service
Vehicles, drivers, charging, maintenance and route management — you pay per month or per kilometre.
Green Mobility Partner
University of Dhaka
Zeph is the Green Mobility Partner of Bangladesh's largest public university, supporting the move of campus transport to electric buses with depot charging — and contributing voluntary technical input to national policy on EV charging standards, CCS2 interoperability and duty treatment for clean energy.
